Your home is a strong symbol of how you see yourself and who you dream of becoming. How would you define yourself? Hip. Bohemian. Elegant. Sophisticated. Artsy. Edgy. Non-conformist. Bold. Creative. Savvy. If you are like me, you have many or all of these traits and your dream home should reflect your multi-dimensional nature.
Since you are on my website, I assume that we share one thing in common: a passion for architecturally significant homes, be they vintage, contemporary, industrial & edgy or even funky. Above all, they are unique. My love for these types of homes is the reason I received my Master of Architecture degree from UC Berkeley and it is one reason I continue to specialize in their sale and purchase in my real estate practice. The other reason is that I really love the people who share these aesthetic sensibilities. I find great reward and joy assisting them to achieve their dreams.
For the past 22 years I have assisted hundreds of clients in one of the most competitive markets in the nation- the San Francisco Bay Area. Once we start to work together, my role will be to successfully guide you through the transaction process utilizing local market knowledge, data, negotiation skills, effective marketing techniques and perseverance to reach your real estate goals.
I would be honored to be your ambassador as you navigate the real estate market in the East Bay.
In addition, if relocation is in your future and you are considering a move to Sacramento, I can reassure you that it offers a wonderfully diverse opportunity for architectural enthusiasts—everything from century + old Victorians, Craftsman bungalows, Mid-Century and uber Modern homes, to lofts in repurposed commercial buildings. Just outside the city there are also pristine areas of ranches, farms and small rural communities that provide their own special brands of beauty.
For great information about Sacramento, follow my blog, “Move Me to Sac.” Each week I write about the Sacramento ‘vibe’, provide information about market conditions, and feature a different piece of urban art or historic building of special interest in the Sacramento area. And, by all means, let me be your tour guide if you are able to come in person to see our beautiful State Capitol.
If passion for unique design & aesthetics, personal attention and out-of-the-box thinking is important to you, I would love to have a conversation. Even if you just have a question about today’s real estate environment in the East Bay or Sacramento, feel free to call, text me or fill out the email form on this website. Also, take some time to scout around the rest of my website—it offers a wealth of resources that you may find useful.
